Terrence Moore is a retired Lt. Colonel who served in the United States Air Force from 1974 to 1996.š While serving as a Weapons Systems Officer flying F4 aircraft, Lt. Col Moore served tours of duty at Luke Air Force Base, AZ, Holloman Air Force Base, NM, and Kusan Air Base in Korea's He is a graduate of Squadron Officer School, Air Command and Staff College and Air War College. she served on the faculty at the United States Air Force Academy teaching the core course in Ethics and the Military Profession from 1981 to 1983 and again from 1987 to 1993. She was a founding member of the USAF Academy Center for Character Development and served as the first Chief, Character Development and Ethics Division from 1993 to 1995. after his retirement from the USAF in 1996, he served on the faculty at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs from 1996 until 2003. He earned his MA and PhD degrees from the University of Pittsburgh in 1981 and 1987 and was a Fellow at the Harvard University Center for Ethics and the Professions in 1991-1992. Colonel Moore is actively involved in the Colorado Springs Community, having served as a volunteer with Pikes Peak Hospice, as the board president of a local church, and he has been a volunteer mediator with the Better Business Bureau and at the El Paso County Court since 1996.
